Digital Organizing Session
A Digital Organizing Session is a full-service solution to your digital photo overwhelm! I use screen-sharing software for consultations and to organize digital photos on computers – I can access your computer anywhere in the world.
Standard Session: $1197
(up to 3 photo sources – usually your phone & computer)
Additional Sources are priced at $200 each
Example photo sources: extra phones, computers, external hard drives, dropbox, google photos, iCloud, etc.
Digital Consultation
Recognize you are overwhelmed, but not sure where to start with your organizing your photos? During this 45-minute phone consultation, I get to learn about your collection and what is important to you. I can answer your photo organizing questions and give options to meet your needs and budget.
You will also have the option to screen share so that I can demonstrate concepts right on your computer.
Price: $50/hour
In Person Organizing Services
Have boxes of printed photos, but are unsure what to do with them? You are not alone. Taking on a photo project can be overwhelming. Together, we can decide the path for each part of your photo collection moving forward.
This in-person consultation begins with gathering photos, and making decisions about their future (scan, gift away, downsize, or keep).
Price: $50/hour
Organizing sessions can last multiple days. Some clients prefer longer days, some prefer to break up the organizing into 2-3 hours sessions over multiple days.
While I am available to travel, I do charge a travel fee for clients outside of the Fairfax, VA area.
Scanning & Videos
Dvds and CDs
Do you have CDs and DVDs that you can no longer access because you don’t have a disc drive? Videos burned on DVD often require additional conversion so I’ll convert and save the files into the cloud or onto a USB drive for you.

Photo Scanning
Keep your memories safe and make them easily shareable by creating high-resolution digital copies in the cloud service of your choice or via USB device.
Photos 8×10 or smaller: $0.49/photo (a 1″ stack is roughly 100 photos)
Negatives or slides: $0.69/photo
Oversized items: $0.99/page

Video Conversion
Rediscover favorite memories and convert them into a digital format you can view and share! VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, 8mm, Hi8, Digital8, 8mm+16mm film reels formats accepted.

Our videos are purchased based on preferred length for the final product.
Custom Photo Book
Many people love the idea of creating an annual family photo book, but can’t seem to find the time to make it happen. Let me do the work! I’ll turn your photos + stories into a book the whole family will love! Includes up to 70 pages.
A Photo Book is an amazing gift to your family. I offer a 10×10 album with a photo cover and lay-flat pages. The price includes up to 70 pages. Additional pages can be purchased if needed (the album holds a max of 100 pages). Upgrades for fabric or faux leather covers are available as well as well as the purchase of additional albums for grandparents.
Price: $497
*Optional Add-On ($400): Send me all the photos from the year or theme for your book and I will handle selecting the best photos to include in your album.
Photo Curation
Photo curation is available for digital photo collections that are organized, but too large to access and enjoy on a daily basis and need a keen eye to make decisions.
Price: $40/hour
Send me all your photos from the year, or from all the years, you want to have curated. I will handle selecting the best photos to include in your streamlined collection.
This is a great option for anyone who gets overwhelmed with large photo collections, or who experiences decision fatigue regarding their owns photos.
